Dr. Mohammed Al-Kadiri, MD – Medical Director

Dr. Mohammed Al-Kadiri joined Premise Health as the Medical Director in 2022. In this capacity, he provides both primary and consultative care, as well as oversee all clinical services provided at Navy Federal Wellness Center--Headquarters.

Dr. Al-Kadiri has over 30 years of extensive experience in providing immediate and primary care. Prior to joining Premise Health, Dr. Al-Kadiri worked as an Emergency Room Physician for Inova in northern VA and as Emergency room physician for MEDS, a medical provider for several hospitals within southern Illinois.

Dr. Al-Kadiri is committed to providing the highest level of heath care by ensuring that patients receive unique and customized care to reach their optimum health needs. Through education, active engagement, and preventative medicine patients can reach their ultimate goal of living healthier lives.

Dr. Al-Kadiri graduated from Pecs University Medical School in 1991 and is Board certified in Family Medicine. He is fluent in English, Hungarian, and Arabic lives in Arlington, VA with his family, and enjoys playing ice hockey in his free time.


Joy Roberson, MS PA-C – Physician Assistant

Joy Krueger Roberson is a certified Physician Assistant who joined Premise Health in February 2021. She has been a VA Board Certified PA since 2006 after receiving her Master's in Science in Physician Assistant studies at Philadelphia University. She has extensive experience in primary care and Otolaryngology. Joy focuses on patient needs by especially attending to their preventative care and by providing them with the tools and education needed to maintain their physical and mental health and well-being. She tends to acute, chronic, episodic, on-site emergency, and primary care needs for her patients and clients at Navy Federal Credit Union. 

In her spare time, she is an out-door loving mother of three children and she and her husband love traveling and spending time with friends and family. Come say hello in the clinic or on the walking path at any time!

Clorissa Fischetti, FNP-C – Nurse Practitioner

Clorissa Fischetti, FNP-C, is a VA Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2013. She joined Premise Health in August 2022. Clorissa originally earned her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education at San Jose State University in California, but realized she was always passionate about nursing and decided to change her career. She moved back to Virginia to be with her family and attended Marymount University where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Years later she earned her Master of Science in Nursing as Family Nurse Practitioner where she received the Malek Academic Excellence Award. Clorissa has worked at several convenient care clinics and both family and urgent care practices; she has extensive experience in urgent care and primary care.

Clorissa believes in treating patients with compassion and respect, and empowering them to make healthy decisions about their lifestyle and treatment options. She also encourages her patients to be the best version of themselves. Clorissa attends to acute, chronic, episodic, on-site emergency, and primary care needs for members at Navy Federal Credit Union.

In her spare time, you can find Clorissa on her twin sister’s farm spending time with family or going on a hike to enjoy the beautiful Virginia countryside.


Yvette Gulinao, RN – Health Center Manager

Yvette Gulinao recently joined Premise Health as the Health Center Manager in 2023. Over the last 24 years as a Registered Nurse, Yvette has assumed increasing levels of nursing responsibilities in critical care units such as the ICU, IMCU, CCU, and Surgical Services with 22 of those years being spent in the Emergency Department. Most recently, Yvette has held leadership roles in the Emergency Department and Surgical Services within Johns Hopkins and Adventist Healthcare Systems.

Yvette is compassionate about treating her patients with the same respect and gentle care that she would extend to a member of her own family. She is a strong advocate for patients’ rights and unbiased healthcare.

When she’s not at work, Yvette enjoys taking scenic bike rides in nearby parks or trails, growing vegetables in her garden, traveling internationally, and playing with her two fur babies, Cindy and Teddy. She resides in Bethesda, MD with her husband and mother and has an adult son living in Philadelphia.


Tselote Tamerat, MPH, NBC-HWC – Wellness Coach

Tselote is a dedicated Wellness Coach with an educational background in Psychology and Public Health nutrition. She uses a mindfulness and evidence-based approach to help people develop a deeper connection with their minds and bodies. By empowering individuals to make intuitive and well-informed choices regarding their health, Tselote guides those she works with towards sustainable lifestyle changes for personal and professional well-being. Through personalized strategies tailored to each individual's unique needs and values, she also supports people as they embrace specific challenges and break through barriers to ultimately achieve their desired health goals. In her coaching, she aims to leverage one's strengths and celebrates every step on the path to positive transformation. In her free time, she loves exploring new vegan restaurants in the DMV area, listening to podcasts and traveling every chance she gets.

Dr. Tatiana Valentine – Physical Therapist

Dr. Tatiana Valentine is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has extensive clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics. She obtained a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Vermont in 2008. Dr. Valentine’s passion for learning and expanding her skills have led her to pursue several advanced professional certifications. These include becoming a certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, a certified Dry Needling practitioner and a certified Functional Movement Techniques provider. She loves her career and enjoys helping people to regain function and get back to activities they love to do. Having a strong commitment to lifelong learning, Dr. Valentine is currently furthering her education in nutrition. Outside of work, Tatiana enjoys outdoor activities, gardening, working out, golfing and traveling.


 

Cherrydale Nolten, RN, BSN – Care Managment Nurse

Cherrydale (Cherry) joined Premise Health in October 2024 as a Care Management Nurse. Her responsibilities are to encourage members with motivation, education, and resources when managing acute or chronic conditions. Cherry has worked as a nurse for more than 20 years in hospitals and health centers in the United States and abroad. Cherry prides herself on listening closely and providing holistic care -- care that focuses on maintaining health, promoting resilience, and preventing diseases across a lifespan.
