Your health is important, and so is your time – take care of both by using the Navy Federal Wellness Center for your healthcare needs.
The Wellness Centers are staffed by nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified wellness coaches and licensed physical therapists. Services are available when and where you need them – in many cases, you can make a same day appointment. Use the patient portal to schedule an appointment!
Premise Health, a leading provider of onsite healthcare services, manages the Wellness Centers. They apply their industry expertise to create a better healthcare experience for you.
As part of Navy Federal’s commitment to your privacy, the Wellness Center maintains the confidentiality of your personal health information and medical records in compliance with all state and federal laws. Navy Federal does not have access to your medical records.
